As I've grown older, life has guided me through many transformations. I have become more aware of my health, my surroundings, and my overall sense of well-being. I started noticing how energy, environment, and intention shape our daily lives. This awareness led me down a path of self-healing through meditation, spirituality, self-care and alternative therapies.

Along the way, I found myself immersed in spiritual circles, sound bath healing, and ritual baths—practices that nourished my mind, body, and spirit. From this journey, a passion was born: to help others awaken their inner goddess and connect with their higher selves.
